O-I BJC X AEON MALL | SUSTAINABILITY STARTS FROM WITHIN

That is the key message O-I BJC aimed to share with Aeon Mall employees during a recent workshop held on August 18.

The two-hour session at Aeon Mall Binh Tan gathered nearly 50 staff members. Representing O-I BJC, Ms. Hoang Thi Thanh Huong – Head of HR – delivered valuable insights on glass recycling and sustainability, emphasizing the vital role of each individual in contributing to the company’s overall sustainable journey.

Today, both O-I BJC and Aeon Mall continue to strengthen their initiatives in recycling and environmental protection. Previously, the two parties have officially partnered to launch joint initiatives on glass collection and recycling, as well as to raise community awareness about sustainable practices.

According to O-I BJC, for these efforts to make a lasting impact, sustainability must begin from within. Every employee is not only a “core agent” in the organization but also a source of inspiration for their families, friends, and surrounding customer community
