NOTICE OF OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

Dear our valued Customers and Partners, 

We are pleased to inform you that, effective 4th February 2026, the shares previously held by O-I Glass, Inc. (“O-I”) in our Company have been transferred to Berli Jucker Public Company Limited (“BJC”). Accordingly, O-I BJC Vietnam will officially change its brand name to BJC Glass Vietnam. (The legal entity name: Malaya - Vietnam Glass Limited remains unchanged.) 

This transition marks an important milestone in our journey to further strengthen our foundation for sustainable and long-term growth. With BJC’s strong regional presence, operation expertise and diversified business ecosystem, we are will positioned to enhance our capabilities and deliver greater value to our stakeholders.
