WHY WE SHOULD RECYCLE GLASS ?

Glass is made from SAND - SODA - LIMESTONE. Recycling glass can bring impressive benefits.

Each metric ton (MT) of recycled glass can save up to the equivalent of 600kg of sand, 200kg of soda, and 200kg of limestone.

Meanwhile, each recycled glass bottle helps save an amount of electricity, which can light a light bulb for 4 hours.

Moreover, recycling glass significantly reduces CO2 emissions to the environment

Glass is infinitely recyclable

However, the recycling rate in Vietnam only reaches 15%, significantly lower than in European countries (74%)

or the United States (33%)
