O-I BJC EXPANDS ITS GLASS COLLECTION HUB IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Continuing its mission to promote sustainable living and encourage glass recycling within the community, O-I BJC Vietnam, in collaboration with the REE Management Board, has launched a pilot new glass collection hub at the REE Tower - 9 Doan Van Bo Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly District 4). This expansion brings the total number of O-I BJC glass collection hub to 05.
At the Kick-off event, O-I BJC Vietnam organized a “Glass for Gifts” activity for office employees at REE and E-Town. Participants were encouraged to bring used glass bottles and jars to exchange for small gifts, helping to promote the habit of glass sorting and recycling.
“We are planning to expand our glass collection network further in 2026 across Ho Chi Minh City, making it as convenient as possible for residents to collect and recycle glass anytime,” shared Mr. Phan The Hieu, Deputy General Manager of O-I BJC, Project Manager off the Glass Ambassador.
