Closing the third quarter of 2025, O-I BJC has successfully completed two specialized training courses, focusing on enhancing core competencies for the sales force and middle management team at the Plant.
This activity is part of the company’s long-term human resource development strategy – one of O-I BJC’s top priorities in 2025. Since the beginning of the year, the company has organized around 30 internal training sessions, reaching employees across different levels.
Beyond strengthening professional expertise, the training programs also emphasize the development of leadership skills, effective communication, conflict resolution, and customer-centric thinking. Through these efforts, O-I BJC aims to equip its people with well-rounded capabilities, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the growing demands of both the market and customers.
